• Battleship Premiere In Los Angeles: The Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles held its “Battleship” premiere last night with all cast members in attendance. Rihanna flew in both of her parents and brothers to the event; the movie was already released overseas and will be released in the U.S. next Friday, May 18th.
• Terry Richardson Photoshoot: Terry Richardson shared some pictures of Rihanna doing a Vita Coco Coconut Water campaign featuring more outtakes of the photoshoot. Peep Terry’s tumblr for photos from the shoot.

• 2012 Met Gala: Rihanna attended the 2012 MET Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday in NYC, arriving in a Tom Ford dress from his Fall/Winter 2012 collection made of hand-stitched crocodile. Her ensemble was completed with ear cuffs and a Burberry ring, all by Repossi Jewelry, and Christian Louboutin Pigalle pumps, which are a favorite of hers.
• Fashion Line: While attending the Met Gala Rihanna confirmed that her fashion line is in the works. “Yes. Designing is definitely in the near future for me and we’re working on it as we speak,” she said. “I can’t say it yet, but it will be fun. Definitely things that I love and inspired by my personal style.”
• 2nd Capsule Collection for Armani: Armani announced that after the success of Rihanna’s first capsule that they are happy to announce that a second one will be launching soon. The line will include jean shorts line with a tartan print to show off when you roll them up super short, a romper in distressed denim that looks pretty cute judging by the sketch alone, and some tanks and some tees.

• America’s Idol: Rihanna is set to appear on the American Idol season 11 finale on Wednesday, May 23rd performing her latest single, “Where Have You Been” on Fox, when the newest winner will be crowned.
